The Church San Germán de Auxerre – San German, Puerto Rico

The Church San Germán de Auxerre, in San Germán, Puerto Rico, was founded in 1510, being in its origins a construction of wood and straw, as initially were the religious structures of those times. The Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe – Ponce, Puerto Rico

The Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe, is located in the Historic Center of the city of Ponce, Puerto Rico, in the middle of the Plaza Las Delicias, dividing the square into two. The current structure was built in the early twentieth century, replacing the old temple of the seventeenth century, which was demolished due to  damages suffered as a result of several earthquakes. Fort of Saint Christopher, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico

For a long time we have observed the Fort of Saint Christopher (Castillo de San Cristóbal) in Old San Juan (Puerto Rico) recognizing it is a very well thought out and achieved military structure . During a recent visit we confirmed how advanced the Spaniards were in terms of strategic military knowledge, turning the “Castillo de San Cristóbal” into the largest fortification in the Americas.
